1. SRC-05-154-51335 (Sept. 9, 2005 approved by INS): it says Xu Ziyan is now the lawful permanent resident.
2. Attorney Yali, WANG (in Houston) said Xu must wait for Guangzhou Consulate to send DS-230 form for Xu to fill in.
3. Xu has not received anything from Guangzhou Consulate and then Lisa contacted Yali, Wang in Houston, and Yali Wang
then sent an email to Guangzhou Consulate to enquire about the process, and Guangzhou consulate replied Yali
Wang that they did not receive the above mentioned Approval Notice from Visa Center, but they can first set up a case No.
for Xu Ziyan.
4. On May 22, 2006, our attorney Yali Huang received your reply that you have got the materials and you are checking the
documents, and then silence again.
5. Then, Mr. Huang again contacted your office and followed up with more papers that you required: I-140 Approval Notice
for Ruan Ling, Lisa address in the US. and the green card copy; Xu Ziyan address in China, and Xu Ziyan China ID Card, Birth
Certificate (notarized), all were sent by Yali Wang directly to Guangzhou Consulate by USPS Express Mail. (ref. EQ
895178056 US), and delivery was confirmed at 07/04/06 3:25pm
6. On July 31, 2006, Xu Ziyan then received from Guangzhou Consulate the form DS-230 " Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien
Registration", and Xu Ziyan filled in that form; Xu Ziyan sent the whole package by Express Mail from China, and the
package includes a letter she wrote dated 08-15-06 requesting your office for an early interview, and also her Birth
Certificate, and her Non Marriage Status Notary, etc.
7. Very much to our depress and stress, before Xu Ziyan's 21st birthday, on Oct 25, 2006 you emailed our attorney that Xu
Ziyan is not eligible for CSPA... !
Obviously we dared not to delay anything that we should do. It is YOU did that on purpose. During the time, we kept on
asking you for the early interview to avoid the age limit... whatever we wrote, your bureaucratic machine never answered, and
would not answer just to wait for the problems to come to us and laugh at us... I will ask you why you would do that to us ?
Is there any human mercy still existing in your heart ???
Once again, please correct your mistake and god will praise you for your kindness.
