We thank you for your business with us.  We are an online business company, and the products we sell here online are produced either in the US or in a foreign country.  Our products sold online can NEVER be used as a toy to play with, so always keep our product away from children. Product liability is totally in your own control, we are not offering any of this kind to any customers.  Be sure to use the product you purchased from us, in a very proper way, strictly follow the steps as indicated in the user manual, if there is.  We are not responsible for ANY damage to/by the product you purchase from us, while using our product.   Any item sold online is final, we can not afford any refund, returns, etc. Items we sell online are non-refundable, and can not be returned, except for the proved quality defects.  We have to make these terms clear as we are a very small company, and we can not afford the cost arise from those difficult customers. Defective products can be returned with a full refund, but within 7 days after the product is received. Again, the shipping charges will not be refunded as the usual practice with most of the online businesses.  If you do not agree with these terms, please  do not bother to buy.  Before you decide to make the purchase, please make it very sure that our products are exactly what you need.   How to return the product:  If it is proved the defective quality issue, you should first email us with detailed explanation which part of the product is defective, along with the proof you have (problem caused by any misuse of the product can not be returned!), then please email us again requesting for the RMA No. When you get the RMA No. from us, then please send the original box with no missing parts, with a printed Packing Slip which will normally be sent to you by us through email soon after the delivery is made.  If the replacement of the defective part is required, please be noted that the purchaser should, in any situation, always send the shipping charge for the company to send the requested replacement item. We are not able to offer free shipping for any item sold online.
