New Dealers:
|
"UltraEnergy" Super
Alkaline Batteries are available to legitimate dealers. Dealers will be asked to provide proof of legitimacy including dealer application, business license, sales tax permit, resale registration document, photos of shop interior and exterior, business telephone listing, business card or other documentation.
Where possible, the territory sales representative will call to set up new dealers.

Initial order:
|
|
A minimum of 10 cartons of "UltraEnergy"
Super Alkaline Batteries order is required for the first order.
|
|
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
|
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If an item is not everything you expected, we will replace it or exchange it, if you do the following:
Contact us for a return authorization within 3 days of receipt. Make sure the merchandise is received back in our warehouse in original,
resalable condition and in its original reusable packaging within 8 days of our issuing the return authorization.
We also offer a 90 days warranty. Repair or replacement decision will be made upon inspection by us, any time up to one year from the date of purchase. Verification of date of purchase must accompany warranty returns. This warranty excludes wear and tear or any user modification. And again, you must call for a return authorization before returning anything.
Overstock returns must be in original condition and packaging, and will receive merchandise credit only, subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Your account must be current to be eligible for overstock return privileges. Again, you must call us for a return authorization before sending anything back.
Closeout, special sale, or any other promotional sale items are final sale and are not eligible for overstock return.

Open Account Customers:
|
Open Account terms are available with approved credit. Credit limits and length of terms (up to NET 30) will be established based on financial information from your credit application, and payment history. There is no extended payment terms. Payment due dates are noted on each invoice, and statements are sent at the beginning of each month. Payments must be received on time to maintain Open Account status.
Keeping your account current helps keep our prices low, and benefits you. Overdue accounts are subject to 1.5%/month finance charge and loss of open account privileges. There is a $35.00 returned check fee.

COD Customers:
|
|
COD payments are electronically transmitted. This means your check is presented for payment the next business day. There is a $35.00 returned check fee.

|
Credit Card Customers:
|
|
We accept VISA and MasterCard, at time of order please.
|
|
Shipping:
|
|
We make every effort to ship all
orders the same day they are placed, but no later than 8 days on
normal conditions. Please let us know whenever an order is time
sensitive. |

Freight:
|
|
All orders are shipped ground unless you request another method.
|
|
Backorders:
|
Backordered items are noted on invoice and packing list. We will call or fax to reconfirm before shipping backorders.
Backorders will be charged freight.

The "UltraEnergy" trademark is an important asset to us and to all our dealers. To safeguard this asset, OMORI ENTERPRISES INC. requires express written permission prior to using the
"UltraEnergy" name, trademark or model names in any advertising.
